I am a retired California Superior Court Judge. 20 years a trial judge in a court of general jurisdiction. I would have enjoyed immensely hearing the likes
Of you two in my courtroom! You two are enormously entertaining & instructive in your verbal interplay! Keep it up!
This was an amazing episode. I loved the pop culture stuff (Team America was a great way to end things) and the SCOTUS discussion was wonderful. I saw a lot of headlines about the soccer team, but I just ignored them because I knew they'd be trumpeting a win and missing ALL the nuance and details that actually matter. Thank you so much for the work you do.
I was briefly worried for Sarah, though, when she said, "Really? Coaches?" after David said that coaches were ministers. David, I've been reading you long enough to know that you showed GREAT restraint in your answer! I thought it was going to be a 10 minute rant for sure.
